Souch (alson known as Py-Souch) allows developers to send, retrieve and save data from a Python application or website inside an Apache CouchDB database.

Souch is a simple wrapper that abstracts CouchDB commands to Python.

This means developers can write normal Python code that gets converted to valid CouchDB commands.

Souch was inspired from a Node.js module of the same name.
